Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if explicitly mentioned in the service agreement or proposal. Once a project has commenced or resources have been allocated, refunds may be partial or not applicable depending on the stage of work completed.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed services, delivered digital assets, and monthly management or marketing retainers are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the customer's original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refund amounts will be credited back to the customer's bank account or original payment method within 7 to 10 working days from the date of refund approval.
